Irrigation Contractor License Number C004 By North Carolina General Statute 87-G all irrigation contractors are required to have a license issued by the North Carolina Irrigation Contractors' Licensing Board effective June 30, 2009. The license may be grandfathered if applicants can demonstrate proficiency in irrigation contracting and have 10 years in the irrigation business, have a CIC from the Irrigation Association, hold a North Carolina Landscape Contractors Registration, or hold a plumbing license.
